The voucher consists of a unique alphanumeric code delivered via email shortly after payment confirmation. In some cases, delivery may take a few minutes. You can also find your code in My Account > Orders.
Once the voucher code has been delivered, you are solely responsible for its security. If you share access to your email or account, Bixxus is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized use.
We guarantee delivery within minutes and the full voucher balance at the time of issuance.
