Users may exercise their rights to know, access, withdraw, and update their Personal Information, including their email address, as well as object to its processing and be informed of any transfers carried out, all in accordance with applicable regulations. Users guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the Personal Information provided and commit to keeping it updated.

Once registered on Bixxus, users can review and change the information provided during the registration process, including:

• The email address. Despite any changes made, Bixxus will retain the previous Personal Information for security and fraud prevention purposes.
• Registration information such as address, city, region, postal code, primary phone number, secondary phone number, email address, etc.
• The password.

In certain cases, we will retain Personal Information that users request us to remove to resolve disputes or claims, detect and address problems or incidents, and comply with the General Terms and Conditions or specific purposes. Personal Information will not be immediately removed from our files for legal and technical reasons, including support systems. Users acknowledge and accept this when agreeing to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policies.

Users are encouraged to periodically update their Personal Information to ensure accuracy during transactions. To make any modifications to the information provided during registration, users must log in to the “My Account” section.

Bixxus reserves the right to modify these Privacy Policies and email practices at any time. Information We Collect

To use Bixxus’s services, users must register and provide accurate and complete personal data (“Personal Information”). We may request, collect, and store the following Personal Information: username or pseudonym for operating on the Bixxus website, name, valid ID number, physical contact information (such as phone number, address, email address, etc.). Bixxus may verify the personal data provided by consulting public entities, specialized companies, or credit agencies, for which you expressly authorize us. Users who register on Bixxus through their social media accounts (“Personal Account”) or access Bixxus in any way through their Personal Account explicitly consent to Bixxus:
